Cao Guo

Cao Guo is a former South Korean Minister of Justice who served under President Moon Jae-in. He was convicted in December 2022 for his involvement in a scandal related to his children's college admissions and was sentenced to two years in prison. Recently, he was included in a massive presidential pardon that released over 830,000 individuals as part of South Korea's Liberation Day celebrations.
