Carai Tomlinson

Carai Tomlinson is a 24-year-old Afrikander cultural coordinator residing in Orania, South Africa. She is a strong advocate for the preservation of Afrikander language and culture and expresses reluctance to relocate to the United States, fearing that doing so would mean abandoning her identity. Tomlinson believes that Orania offers a unique space for the Afrikander community to thrive and maintain their heritage, particularly in light of the challenges faced by Afrikanders in broader South Africa.
