Carlos Alfredo Segura Hernández

Carlos Alfredo Segura Hernández, also known as alias Segura or el Loco, is a suspected member of the Tren de Aragua gang, recently detained in Bogotá and Cota for illegal possession of weapons and explosives. He is believed to have coordinated logistics for the organization and was previously implicated in a violent attack against police in 2019.
