Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, also known as Niño Guerrero, is the notorious leader of the Tren de Aragua, one of the largest and most dangerous criminal organizations in Latin America. Having first entered the Tocorón prison in Venezuela in 2010, he rose to power within the prison system, expanding his criminal empire through a variety of illicit activities, including drug trafficking, extortion, and murder. His influence grew significantly during his time in prison, where he controlled multiple prisons and orchestrated a complex network of criminal operations that extended beyond Venezuela. Following his escape from Tocorón in September 2023, he became one of the most wanted fugitives, with the United States offering a $5 million reward for information leading to his capture.
