Víctor Manuel López García, also known by his alias 'Shaquil', is a 26-year-old identified as the third leader of the 'Tren de Aragua' gang in Bogotá, Colombia. He was responsible for drug trafficking and various criminal activities, including extortions and homicides, in regions such as Kennedy and Bosa. His criminal career intensified after the arrest of a previous leader, leading to his capture during a police operation in September 2023.
