Héctor Asdrúbal García Zúñiga

Héctor Asdrúbal García Zúñiga, also known by the alias 'Munra', is a 36-year-old Venezuelan national and a significant figure in the transnational criminal organization known as 'Tren de Aragua'. He was recently captured by Colombian authorities while staying in a hotel in Cartagena, where he had been living under the guise of a local businessman. García Zúñiga is wanted for his involvement in international drug trafficking, arms trafficking, and financing terrorism, and had previously been reported dead in 2015. His capture highlights ongoing efforts to combat organized crime in the region.
