Carlos Andrés Couchonnal

Carlos Andrés Couchonnal is a former syndic of the Judiciary and a member of the academic team at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Asunción (UNA). He has been active in university governance and politics, recently participating in discussions about the future of legal education in Paraguay. His involvement in the faculty has included efforts to strengthen academic representation and address ethical concerns within the institution.
