Carlos Bonilla Cortés

Carlos Bonilla Cortés is a psychologist and the representative of Grupo Poiesis, a psychological consulting firm in Costa Rica. He has recently been in the news for filing a constitutional action against the Ministry of Health, arguing that a decree requiring psychologists to disclose sensitive patient information violates the right to privacy and professional confidentiality.
