Carlos Guillermo Demetrio España

Carlos Guillermo Demetrio España is a former magistrate of the Fifth Administrative Chamber, known for his involvement in significant legal decisions that have influenced Guatemalan politics. He is currently a candidate for a magistrate position in the Constitutional Court, having been part of the current Council of the Universidad de San Carlos (Usac), which is overseeing the election process for the new constitutional magistrates.
