Carlos Ramón Febrillet

Carlos Ramón Febrillet is a Major General in the Dominican Republic Air Force and serves as the Vice Minister of Defense for Air and Space Affairs. He has been instrumental in the development and assembly of the TP-75 Dulus, a lightweight aircraft designed and produced in the Dominican Republic, which has already accumulated over 1,055 flight hours and contributed to the training of numerous Dominican pilots. His leadership in modernizing the San Isidro Air Base aims to enhance national aviation capabilities and ensure the Dominican Republic's transition from a consumer to a producer of aviation technology.
