Carol Tipton

Carol Tipton is the daughter of Belarusian writer Nikolai Tselesh, who was recently identified as deceased after going missing in 1976. Living in Florida, she was contacted by U.S. police this spring regarding the discovery of remains that were confirmed through DNA analysis to belong to her father. Over the years, she tirelessly searched for her father, traveling to New York and even visiting Belarus, in hopes of finding answers about his mysterious disappearance. Her father's legacy includes a posthumously published collection of his works, and she has become a significant figure in honoring his memory within the Belarusian émigré community.
