Carola Santoro is one half of the entrepreneurial sister duo behind Lasorelli Pizzabar in Adrogué, Argentina. Transitioning from a career in textiles to gastronomy, she and her sister Victoria developed a passion for Neapolitan-style pizza that led them to study and refine their craft. Their dedication resulted in the opening of their successful pizzeria in 2019, which gained international acclaim by being listed among the world's top fifty pizzerias and winning the top spot in South America in 2022.
