Cecilia Marsicovetere

Cecilia Marsicovetere is the coordinator of the D-Hive at the University of the Valley of Guatemala (UVG) and contributed to the Quetzal-1 satellite project. She oversees a multidisciplinary space that enables students to develop their academic projects using advanced technology, including 3D printers and laser cutters. Marsicovetere highlights the importance of the Quetzal-1 initiative in inspiring students and promoting open science through the availability of satellite designs for study and replication.
