Cheav Sokun

Cheav Sokun, a 38-year-old Cambodian woman, gained attention for her plight as she navigated the challenges of cross-border conflict. During recent clashes between Cambodia and Thailand, she left Thailand with her son, while her husband remained there working as a gardener. Following the closure of the border, she expressed deep concern for his safety amid fears of discrimination and violence against Cambodians.
