Chen Jiaxi

Chen Jiaxi, a 38-year-old crane operator from Hong Kong, was recently sentenced to 16 months in prison for dangerous driving that resulted in the death of an elderly woman. The incident occurred on February 15, 2024, outside the Tin Shui Wai Light Rail Station, where Chen's motorcycle struck the victim as she was crossing the road. Despite expressing remorse and acknowledging his responsibility, Chen's prior history of dangerous driving was considered in the sentencing, leading to a five-year suspension of his driving license.
