Chen Jin-ling

Chen Jin-ling is the Director-General of the Department of General Affairs at Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). She is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of properties for Taiwan's overseas representative offices, aiming to reduce rental costs and enhance services for Taiwanese citizens abroad. Recently, she announced plans for MOFA to purchase properties in Boston, Houston, and Denver as part of a broader strategy to establish permanent offices and save taxpayer money.
