Chen Yuance

Chen Yuance, a 38-year-old permanent resident of the United States since 2015, is currently on trial for charges of espionage related to the recruitment of U.S. Navy personnel for Chinese intelligence. He allegedly conducted surveillance on U.S. military bases and attempted to gather sensitive information on military capabilities.
