Lai Liren

Lai Liren, also known as Ryan, is a Chinese national accused of operating as an intelligence agent for the Ministry of State Security (MSS) of China. He traveled to Texas earlier this year to oversee covert operations aimed at recruiting members of the U.S. Navy, further escalating concerns over Chinese espionage activities in the United States.
