Chisomo Rodger

Chisomo Rodger is the secretary general of the Limbe Indigenous Shop Owners Association, a group that represents small-scale traders in Limbe, Malawi. Recently, he was in the news for reading a petition during a protest against the Malawi Revenue Authority's new Electronic Invoicing System, which traders believe could jeopardize their businesses by exposing them to intrusive tax requirements.
