Christian Trummer is an Austrian programmer and co-founder of Bitpanda, a major cryptocurrency trading platform. He began his journey in the crypto world as a freelancer searching for additional income through trading currencies and stocks. His initial encounter with Bitcoin in 2011 sparked a passion for the cryptocurrency space, leading him to establish Bitpanda in 2014 alongside partners Paul Klanschek and Eric Demuth. Despite facing significant bureaucratic hurdles in the early days, Trummer's dedication and hard work paid off as Bitpanda grew to offer a wide range of cryptocurrencies and became a key player in the market, now planning to expand into Hungary.
