After the fall of the dictatorship, he became a prominent political figure, serving as a member of the Greek Parliament and holding various ministerial positions, including Deputy Minister of Industry and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. He also served as Greece's ambassador to France, the Vatican, and UNESCO. His contributions to Greek society and politics are remembered for their impact on democracy and governance. He passed away recently, as announced by his son, Konstantinos.
