Clever Peláez is the owner of Terraza Lima Club, a premium rooftop dining experience overlooking the Plaza Mayor in Lima. He recognized an opportunity to create a unique culinary space that caters to both tourists and local officials, capitalizing on the colonial essence of the area. Opened in July, Peláez aims to offer high-quality Peruvian cuisine alongside expertly crafted cocktails, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of Lima's historic district.
