Cliver André Fiegenbaum

Cliver André Fiegenbaum is a lobbyist and the owner of CAF Representação e Intermediação de Negócios and Plano A, who has gained notoriety for his alleged role in a corruption scheme related to the diversion of parliamentary amendments in Brazil. He is under investigation for his dealings with Lino Rogério da Silva, a secretary for Congressman Afonso Motta, and is suspected of receiving commissions from funds intended for the Hospital Ana Nery, which he allegedly shared with other officials.
