Cristina Sille

Cristina Sille is a 28-year-old Argentine photographer recognized for her impactful work in photojournalism. She gained international acclaim after winning awards in two categories at the prestigious Picture of the Year (POY) Latam competition, which highlights the best in Ibero-American photojournalism and documentary photography. Her series 'La Argentina de Milei' captures the social consequences of Javier Milei's government, depicting protests, mobilizations, and the struggles of vulnerable populations. Sille, who studied Communication Sciences at UBA, collaborates with various prominent media outlets and emphasizes the importance of photojournalism in documenting history.
