Dani Yatom

Dani Yatom is a retired Israeli general who served as the director of the Mossad from 1996 to 1998. His military career spans several decades, during which he held various command positions in the Israel Defense Forces, including in elite units. Yatom has been recognized for his contributions to national security and has participated in numerous strategic initiatives. Recently, he has been involved in advocating for the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas, adding his voice to a growing chorus of military leaders calling for an end to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
