Daniel Crespo

Daniel Crespo is the rector of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where he has been advocating for measures to improve access to higher education for underprivileged social classes. He has called for the establishment of salary scholarships to help cover not only tuition fees but also the opportunity costs associated with prolonged study, in order to prevent a decline in student enrollment from disadvantaged backgrounds.
