Darío Peñafiel Nieto
Darío Peñafiel Nieto, also known as alias Topo, is a member of the notorious Ecuadorian criminal organization Los Choneros. He was recently extradited to the United States and is facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute cocaine internationally and possession of firearms to facilitate drug trafficking. Following his extradition, he had his initial court appearance in New York, where he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
