Darshan Singh Sahsi was a prominent Punjabi-Canadian businessman and the president of Canam International, one of the world's largest textile recycling companies. Originally from India, Sahsi's journey began as a farmer before he worked on a cruise ship and eventually settled in Canada, where he built a successful career in the recycling industry. He was well-respected in his community until his tragic death at the age of 68, when he was shot outside his home in Abbotsford, British Columbia, in what is suspected to be a targeted killing.
