Dasha Suárez

Dasha Suárez is a Ukrainian expatriate living in Houston, Texas, who has been actively supporting fellow Ukrainians affected by the ongoing war since the Russian invasion began on February 24, 2022. Along with her Colombian husband, Gabriel, she co-founded The Suarez Foundation, which provides food and integration support for Ukrainian refugees. Dasha expresses deep concern over the long-term implications of the war on her homeland and the identity of future generations of Ukrainians.
