David Ryan is the husband of Madeleine Ryan, who tragically passed away from pneumonia. He initiated a High Court claim against Dublin City Council, alleging negligence on the part of Dublin Fire Brigade paramedics for not properly assessing or transporting his wife to the hospital before her death.
