Mark Ryan was a former pupil at Blackrock College in Dublin, who, along with his brother David, publicly shared their experiences of abuse at the school. Their testimonies contributed to the increased awareness and subsequent investigations into the allegations of abuse perpetrated by members of the Spiritan religious order, leading to significant settlements for survivors.
