Jiehong Ru

Jiehong Ru is the older brother of Weijie Ru, who was implicated in the same cigarette smuggling operation. He pleaded guilty to charges related to the illegal sale of cigarettes on the black market and was sentenced to 200 hours of community work. The court found that he had been involved in similar criminal activities prior to his brother's trial.
