David Teece

David Teece is a prominent economist and professor known for his expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship. He earned his Master's degrees from the University of Canterbury and the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed his PhD. Teece has held teaching positions at prestigious institutions including Oxford and Stanford, and at just 32, he became a professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Recently, he has been in the news for warning New Zealand about its unpreparedness for rapid global changes and the need for political unity to address emerging challenges, particularly in light of increasing military activity in the region.
