Dean Carruthers

Dean Carruthers is an individual who was involved in the fatal assault on Jamie Ellis alongside Peter Holmes and his son, Mark. He initially faced murder charges but later pleaded guilty to lesser charges and received a sentence of home detention for his role as an accessory after the fact of assault.
