Peter Holmes

Peter Holmes is a convicted murderer who gained notoriety for the brutal killing of 23-year-old Jamie Ellis in 2011. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, but after demonstrating significant changes and good conduct during his time in prison, he was released on parole. Holmes has more than 100 previous convictions, primarily for dishonesty, and has been assessed as low risk for reintegration into the community, albeit under strict conditions.
