Deepak Luhar

Deepak Luhar, a local of Bajhang district, found himself in the midst of a disaster as floods severely damaged his home. Despite being aware of the government's promises for reconstruction aid, he, like many others from the Dalit community, has been waiting for assistance that has yet to materialize, forcing him and his family into precarious living situations.
