Govinda Pokhrel

Govinda Pokhrel is a prominent figure in Nepal, having served as the Vice Chair of the National Planning Commission and as the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Reconstruction Authority. He has been vocal about the government's failure to adequately address the needs of disaster-affected communities, particularly the Dalit population, in the aftermath of floods in Bajhang.
