Delta Paniagua Féliz

Delta Paniagua Féliz has been appointed as the viceminister of Registry Affairs and Citizen Services. She holds a law degree and a master's in Administrative Law and Municipal Management. Paniagua has extensive experience in governmental legal advisory roles and has worked both in public institutions and the private sector, contributing her expertise to various legal and ethical frameworks within the Dominican Republic.
