Denis Lukač

Denis Lukač is the director of the newly established Agency for Railways in Montenegro, which began operations in June 2026. Appointed by the Agency's council in April 2026, Lukač is responsible for overseeing the agency's functions and ensuring compliance with the legal framework set forth by the new Law on Railways. His leadership comes at a pivotal time as the agency transitions from the former Railway Administration and aims to regulate railway infrastructure and services in alignment with European Union standards.
