Lazar Miljanić

Lazar Miljanić is an accomplished traffic engineer and the president of the Council of the newly established Railway Agency in Montenegro. Appointed in February 2023, he brings expertise in transportation management and regulation, playing a key role in transitioning the agency to function effectively by May 1, 2023.
