Do Muoi

Do Muoi was a prominent Vietnamese politician who served as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1991 to 1997. Although not directly involved in the events of the 300-day struggle for Hai Phong, his later leadership during the Doi Moi economic reforms was influenced by the historical context of Vietnam's post-colonial struggles, including the significant events that unfolded in Hai Phong.
