Mai Van Tu is a veteran who played a crucial role in the resistance movements during the 300-day occupation in Hai Phong. As a member of the Youth Propaganda Team, he actively engaged in efforts to counteract the actions of French and American forces, helping to organize local efforts to protect machinery and resources from being moved to the south.
