Doo Won Chang is a South Korean-American entrepreneur best known as the co-founder of Forever 21, a global fast-fashion retailer. Alongside his wife, Jin Sook, he opened the first Fashion 21 store in Los Angeles in 1984, which later evolved into the widely recognized Forever 21 brand. Under his leadership, the company experienced rapid growth, reaching over 800 stores and generating billions in revenue at its peak. However, Chang's management style and strategic decisions contributed to the brand's decline, leading to its second bankruptcy filing in 2023.
