Eck

Eck is a 63-year-old organic farmer in Bayern who is facing the possibility of losing his organic certification due to the European Union's new grazing requirements for cattle. After 37 years of commitment to organic farming, he may have to give up his organic status because he cannot provide pasture for his cows, which are currently only allowed a spacious run outside their barn in Ampferbach. Despite his dedication to organic farming, he is frustrated with the new regulations that he feels are impossible to meet given his farm's location.
