Johannes Wirsching

Johannes Wirsching is a 28-year-old organic farmer from Ohrenbach who has successfully adapted his farm to meet the new EU grazing requirements for cattle. After taking over his family's farm, he modernized and expanded it to include 130 dairy cows. Faced with tight deadlines to comply with the grazing regulations, he managed to secure additional pasture land through negotiations with neighboring landowners, allowing him to continue his operations as an organic farmer.
