Edgar Augusto Félix Méndez

Edgar Augusto Félix Méndez is the director of the Dirección de Asistencia Social y Alimentación Comunitaria (Dasac), formerly known as the Social Plan, which oversees the distribution of food and assistance to vulnerable communities in the Dominican Republic. He was in the news recently as he accompanied President Luis Abinader during a visit to supervise the packing of food rations intended for families affected by the storm tropical Melissa.
