Edgar Carpio Chávez

Edgar Carpio Chávez is a peasant union leader in Bolivia who recently participated in a significant march to the capital, La Paz, alongside Vivian Palomequi. He expressed disappointment in President Rodrigo Paz's policies, which he believes have betrayed the promises made to peasant farmers and have led them to engage in protest in hopes of being heard.
