Eduard Stavytskyi

Eduard Stavytskyi served as the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine during the government of Mykola Azarov, under President Viktor Yanukovych. Following the Revolution of Dignity in 2014, he fled Ukraine amid corruption allegations. Stavytskyi has been linked to significant financial assets, including gold and cash, which were confiscated by the authorities. His legal troubles continued as he was tried in absentia for various corruption-related charges and has been living in Israel under an assumed name.
