Eduardo Dibós Chappuis

Eduardo Dibós Chappuis was a notable Peruvian engineer, businessman, and politician who served as the mayor of Lima during the early 1970s. He is best remembered for overseeing the completion of the second and third stages of the Vía de Evitamiento in 1972, which greatly enhanced traffic flow in the capital and was seen as a monumental achievement in urban planning.
