Enrique de Vivero

Enrique de Vivero was a prominent Peruvian civil engineer known for his significant contributions to infrastructure development in Lima, particularly as the director of the first phase of the Vía de Evitamiento, inaugurated in 1968. His work on this expressway was pivotal in addressing the growing traffic congestion in the city and improving transportation efficiency.
